Graduated Hida International Craft School , City of Tajimi Pottery Design Institute
Work 2000~2002 Maebata Thoki Company as a pottery designer
Found own studio in 2003 at Tajimi city of Gifu Prefecture
Moved his studio in Hiroshima city in 2020

Statement
 
The place he was raised was surrounded by mountains and nature.
At nighttime, the sky was filled with stars. In retrospect, it was beautiful and something to be proud of, but when he was a child he didn’t understand that, because it was always a given.
Even now, for him, there are many things that he doesn’t understand or know.  There are many things that he will realize afterwards.  While creating his work, he daydreams of things that could be, that cannot be, things that can and cannot be seen.
