Return Policy
Returns or Exchanges may be done within 14 days from purchase date, with prior communication with MaKaRi. We kindly ask that all valid exchange and returns must be in unused condition with original packaging, otherwise it will not be accepted. Any returned merchandise without prior communication is not accepted without exception. Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Refunds/Store Credits will be provided. All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. MaKaRi does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) is the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange the buyer will be required to pay and additional re-shipping fee. These fees will vary on a per item basis.
