MaKaRi ships the orders from US/Canada via UPS, and international orders via USPS Priority Mail International on Tuesday and Friday. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. You may track your order via the UPS/USPS website after your order has shipped. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
When ordering goods from MaKaRi for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, MaKari is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and MaKaRi cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
MaKaRi will process your online order within 24-48 hours receiving your request on weekdays, given all items are in stock. Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
Pick Up
You will be notified what time your item will be ready for pick up in your confirmation email. Please indicate your name and order number, and the sales associate will locate your order. You have 14 days from the day you place your order to pick it up. If you are unable to pick your order up within 14 days, please contact us.
