White Matcha tea bowl made by Yasumoto Kajihara in Karatsu city, Saga prefecture. He was born in 1962 in Imari city, Saga prefecture. Graduated at Arita industrial high school, department of design. Worked at Tarosannomarugama in Karatsu city. Founded own studio in Karatsu city.
He makes ceramics using the materials that he took out of nature from around his house. He is searching a way of making old Karatsu wares and visit old Karatsu kiln to study of Karatsu ware.
